Good and fresh product received, neatly packed and arrived on time.I advice to add more water(1 cup of instant mix with 2 cups of water) instead of yoghurt as it is very sticky and burn the batter which can lead to difficulty in cleaning the pan. Also the dosas are not very crispy,they were soft textured and flavoured methi alot but definitely not bitter! Not as perfect as the regular dosa but you can enjoy them too with chutneys.. Otherwise a good quality instant mix .. pricing is high though compared to the local market .
