A good product but be wary of stock variations.
The essential oils used for this inhaler stick are rosemary, peppermint and lime. I was interested in this inhaler stick because there are some studies which suggest that (quoted from A.I.) "Rosemary, particularly its main compound 1,8-cineole, positively impacts acetylcholine (ACh), a neurotransmitter vital for learning and memory, by inhibiting enzymes that break it down, thereby increasing ACh availability in the brain. Inhaling rosemary aroma can boost alertness, memory, and cognitive performance by allowing 1,8-cineole to quickly reach the brain and influence ACh levels, mimicking some dementia drug mechanisms." As a person just into my 70s I thought I would give this a try to see if I noticed any difference in my mental performance. I did not but having ordered one stick in August 2025 I was willing to give it some more time so ordered two more in December. The first stick had a strong fragrance and lasted for about four months, the next two I received had barely any discernible fragrance. I thought they were perhaps old stock and returned them for a refund. I am now looking into making my own inhaler sticks.

Smells nice, but not sure it really helps with my focus
I personally like the smell of this - it's pleasingly minty, not sure I'm getting any rosemary or lime in it though. Does it help with my focus? I can't say that I've seen a particular change, but I do like the scent. Would I buy it again? Probably not - chewing gum or strong mints could give a similar scent experience.

Barely any scent
Thought I would give this a go, but it’s a joke. A vague minty scent with possibly the faintest hint of rosemary but can’t detect any lime. Not strong, maybe 10% the strength of an Olbas stick, but then they are for different things so would expect that. Didn’t register any results from using it, thought maybe I may notice or feel some difference even if I couldn’t smell the product. But no, waste of money so wouldn’t recommend.
