These stair treads have been a lifesaver for our family. Our dog couldn’t walk down the stairs because the composite decking is so hot in summer months. It burns her feet, as well as ours. These treads are the best quality. Heavy and the rubberized backing holds them firmly in place. We recently found our dog has developed cataracts which compromises her depth perception and vision. These treads really help her confidence going up and down the steep stairs. They are attractive looking too. Just need to spray them off with the hose and they look like new. I just ordered another set for the bottom steps. This was a wonderful investment for our family. They are worth every penny of the price.

Being in the texas sun, these will fade. However I purchased these to protect my puppies paws. The color was perfect that match the painted steps when first arrived but after a little while they faded. Doesn't affect the quality durability or softness. They are very heavy and probably need to be tacked down so they don't move. I think that could be a little bit cheaper.

We have a lab that was scared of our outdoor stairs. We also live where it snows frequently. These have been down a few months and are holding up well. I did put carpet tape under each. Happy with the purchase.

It says that the treads are non-slip but they moved on our stairs. I wish there was adhesive or something to hold them down. My husband ended up using brad nails to make them non-slip so now we have holes in our brand new stairs. Other than that they are really put together well, they are sturdy and very pretty! Overall we like them and they look great on our stairs.

I recently painted my steps. These pads keep the steps clean and prevent dirt from coming inside.

We have 14 steps leading from our backyard to the deck. Made of pressure-treated cedar, they have gotten slick. My daughter busted her tailbone this winter walking down them, and my elder dog with arthritis has gone splat on them, once at the bottom (whew) and once at the top (and thankfully managed to catch herself.) I just bought a 6-pack to try out, checking for slippage and whether they would help out my dog. I placed them at the bottom and top of the stairs. Slippage is minimal, and boy have they helped her manage the climb and descent. I just received another 6-pack, leaving two steps uncovered. Next payday I’ll pick up a 2-pack to complete the step coverage.Cleaning so far is simply a matter of shaking the fir needles, seeds and cones off.

We were trying to decide which stair treads to get for our aging German Shepherd so he could go outside down our deck steps more safely. We tried a few others that were thin material & abrasive to his feet. These soft treads were perfect. We've only had them about 1 month-- great so far. They made all the difference with morning 'first outs' for a dog with stiff hip joints/legs.Even though others said the rubber backing worked for them for non-slip, they did not work for us. We bought Gorilla tape at a hardware store for the install. We adhered them to Trex decking. So far, so good! Even if we need to replace every couple years, it has been worth it. We got Gray treads with floral patterns and they even look nice--bonus.

Treads seem well built and suitable for all seasons, particularly winters. Used large head screws to fasten to the stairs as without, they would move around and pose a potential slip hazard. Product looks good

Got these for my wood indoor stairs, to help my dog use the stairs. I wanted a rubber backing with no tape as these will be temporary. 3 days in and they work well. Fit my 35 by 11.5 steps perfectly and colour is close to the dark wood of the steps. Very little movement of the treads during use.

It’s really nice. Wish we were able to choose how many we wanted like having a 6, 8 or 10 option. Since it only came in 6 I was short 2. Manage to still work with it

These stair treads are perfect for our dogs and they don't slip around on the stairs. Easy to clean.
