(Refurbished) Sony WI-XB400 Wireless In Ear Headphone with Mic (Black)

First of all i got the product just few hours before.Got the product for 2090rs .just 800rs less than new product and i was little bit confused to buy new product or renewed one. Orderd renewd product with little confusion . Got the product within 2 days.First impressionPacking was somewhat good came in a properly sealed amazon box.. the inside sony box was opened and i was little worried ( i think the seal was automatically opened) the outer box was perfectly sealed so i was confidentProduct qualityEven though it was a renewd product I didn’t feel like renewed inside the sony box everything was perfect like new..a pair of silicone buds , recharge cable, product brochure were there.Headset was perfect in condition..I didn’t find any scratches or dents.. was perfect like newSound qualityFirst of all its sony.. so there was many expectations but when i saw some reviews on youtube the product telling its average but from my experience its just AMAZING. Perfectly tuned in ears perfect fit on my ears less weight and very comfortable for the ears. Perfect bass mid tones and highs..the balance is perfect sony did it perfect 👍👍ConnectivityI didn’t find any connection issues using with iphone 12 pro max easly pairedCall qualityI find this is the best in market for daily use.. passive noise cancellation is working fine..OverallYou can trust the brand and make sure purchase it from appario retail.. it is the second time purchasing from them..first one was samsung buds pro thats was too good so buy from good seller like appario if it is a renewed oneValue for money

I got the deal in 1599/-Sound quality is crisp and clear.Bass is not that deep as they claim but not bad too. Actually i am comparing it with my boat nirvana bliss ceramic wired earphone and it is not better than that.Battery backup is outstanding.Call quality and connectivity is good.Would have been better if water proof.Overall value for money that I paid.Update after one month of use.It took me some days to be habitual of its sound. I had to adjust the equalizer of my phone. The BASS is solid. Treble is clear. It has Sony signature sound.Can't get better product than this in this price.1 star added.Update after one year of use -Pasting of Rubber cover of one side earpiece got loose. Build quality could be better. Removed one star.

Not supporting battery standby

When it comes to music, i always prefer sony. Though it's a "renewed" product, it's just as new.If u like sony products n sony's music quality, then u ll love this masterpiece.1. Build quality is top notch. U ll feel the product to b premium n sturdy.2. Music quality is superb. Mids, highs and lows...all r well balanced. No degradation or stutter even at the max volume.3.And haaa....tat bass!! U ll definitely get goosebumps!! Bass isn't extreme so tat it will start hurting your ears, but it's so well balanced tat u ll love it...sony always keeps it balanced.4.Batter life is amazing. I have tried it wit mix of medium to max volume n it did last easily fr around 14hrs.Wat else a music lover expects?At tis price point, u won't get anything better fr sure.Go for it. Best in all the way!!!

It didn't contain any of the additional ear buds of different sizes. The ones which were already attached were too of different sizes. The rubber attachment on the right side was also detached.The sound quality however was amazing as expected. But the earbuds were a deal breaker (otherwise could have kept it). So returned the product however was way too impressed with the quality so ordered a brand new pair.

The extra bass is quite evident as advertised when listening to music. I am ok with it.Otherwise the call quality for both parties involved is clear and trouble free. Which is more important for me than listening to music.The product is well built and only time will tell how long it lasts in daily use.Highly recommended!

After 2nd day I wrote review . Best market in Amazon, sound quality is excellent, but not fully base It's okay . Every sound measurement clearly comes into 👂 ear, clear punchy sound. Call quality is also awesome. Easy to ware ear buds, continuously 4 hours I listened,no pain in ear.Brand is a brand (SONY)Good things:_clear sound._battery backup._light weight Design._innovative design.Bad things:_build quality
