I really like the OtterBox Defender cases and have had them on two of my Galaxy S's and there is one on my S7 work phone. Great products. This product, while a knock-off, is fantastic! And it comes with a belt clip/holster!Out of the package (which took two weeks to get from China) it was all put together with no instructions. It fits together so well I had to pry here and there to figure out how to take it apart. Once apart my phone dropped right in and reassembly was not difficult. So I have to spend a few minutes to protect something expensive - so what?All of the buttons line up and everything seems accessible. The distance from the outside of the case to the charging port is a bit long but the 90 degree charging cables I have fit perfectly.Haven't gotten a call to check the sound but I can easily see the speaker ports so it shouldn't be an issue.The inside of the back is cushioned to protect the back of the phone and there is plenty of "bumper" material around the edges and corners for gravity mishaps.The stupid Bixby button can be shaved with a razor to prevent accidental activation which is nice. Stupid button...Now I have to wait another day or so for the tempered glass screen protector to arrive and then the protection will be complete!All in all I am very impressed so far.EDIT:Tempered glass screen protector installed with NO INTEFERENCE with the case. Perfect.There is no speaker or microphone interference either. Bonus.

My old case in blue actually says Otterbox and the new red one does not. Its obviously a knockoff and not a real OtterboxThe moment I touched it I knew it was not the same quality as my old case. Its thinner, lighter with less of a lip to protect screen. The rubber is less flexible and hard plastic frame is thinner and more brittle.All that said the question is how well will it protect my phone?This case was less than half the price of the actual Otterbox, but that "saving" won't matter if my phone gets damaged. Time will tell.To Be Continued.....

I know there are pros and cons to getting knock off brands like this, but I at least expect the case to fit the phone. I think I'd crack my phone before I got it in this case which was clearly labeled as a case for a galaxy note 9, so I won't be buying from this group again.

I was a little nervous knowing this case is a knock off, but I was very happily surprised. It is a extremely well made sturdy case and fit my phone perfectly. I will order different colors. I have several otterbox cases. This knock off case is just as good and way less expensive. Thank u

Cons:- I need to pay extra attention when placing my phone on the wireless charger. The bulker phone case makes it a little harder to plop the phone down and walk away. I must find the sweet spot for contact otherwise the phone won't charge.- The dust flap for the phone charger is annoying. I will probably cut that off since I do use the wall charger during the night.- Gets dirty quicklyPro:- Easy to install if you watch the instructional video provided in the Amazon listing.- Good weight in the hands- Fingerprint reader works- The dust flaps are sturdy- Easy to wipe down- No interference with my glass screen protector- The top and bottom of the case is higher than the phone screen.Overall:This is a nice case. I installed it while watching the instructional video (thanks to the vendor for doing that). I do wish the case was a little higher than the screen but it does come up a little bit. I'm happy with my purchase.

This case is a knockoff, but it's well-made and the price is fantastic. It offers good protection, is sturdy, the colors are nice and bright. The inner layer is rigid plastic that snaps apart to insert or remove the phone, the outer layer is more flexible and rubbery. My only issue is that the flexible outer layer makes securing a PopSocket a little more challenging, but they do stay put if you're careful. The case also comes with a snap-on holster that can also be used as a kickstand. An amazing buy for a protective case.

I have had an otterbox case on my note 9 for years. They replaced it foe free once and the clip broke too. Also replaced by otterbox. Recently I ordered a replacement from otterbox and they canceled my order due to "no stock". So, just got this case in today and I have to say I'm happy with it. Most importantly for me the genuine otterbox holster fits this case. Overall a great product from my perspective. The lower right corner was tricky to get seated correctly, other than that no complains. The rubber does seem less soft than the real otterbox but will suit my needs.

Excellent Quality - This is a premium case. This is a case within a case. The inner case has added padding. There is a raised lip that protects the front screen if the phone is dropped keeping your screen from touching the ground. The outer case is a rubbery silicone that protects the phone if dropped so it will bounce. Corners are protected. The ports for power and earphones have tab covers to protect them from dirt or dust entering. Great case.

I've had 2 otter box exactly the same as this for $80 and only last a year so if this lasts a year for $18 ill be happy. Trying to return to otter box during covid is a nightmare so buying the cheapest and hopefully its just as good.
