Worth the money
I’m loving my complete Korean skincare routine featuring ANUA and Dr Song products—it’s made a huge difference in my skin’s texture, brightness, and overall health! My routine starts with the Dr Song Glycolic Acid Face Wash, which contains 10% glycolic acid AHA. This exfoliating cleanser gently removes dead skin cells, helping with anti-aging, acne, and wrinkles. It leaves my skin smooth and refreshed without irritation, making it the perfect first step for glowing skin. After cleansing, I use the ANUA Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil on days when I wear makeup or need a deeper clean. It effectively removes blackheads and makeup while keeping my skin balanced and hydrated. Next, the ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a true game changer. Packed with rice water, niacinamide, ceramides, and panthenol, this fragrance-free, non-comedogenic toner brightens and hydrates my skin while prepping it for the following treatments. It’s also safe for fungal acne-prone skin, which is a big plus. I then apply the ANUA Rice Ceramide 7 Hydrating Barrier Serum, which combines rice extract, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide to deeply hydrate, brighten, and strengthen my skin barrier. The lightweight, fragrance-free formula helps me achieve that coveted glass skin glow without clogging pores. Together, these products work harmoniously to reduce wrinkles, control pores, brighten complexion, and keep my skin hydrated and youthful. If you’re looking for a gentle yet powerful Korean skincare routine for anti-aging, acne control, and radiant skin, this combination is highly recommended!

Love at first wash
I decided to try a glycolic wash at the recommendation of my esthetician. She said my "congested" skin was in need of a chemical exfoliant as my tried-and-true mechanical exfoliant (aka gritty scrub) wasn't cutting it anymore. In lieu of forking out a pretty penny for her fancy spa brand I decided to come to trusty Amazon first - I was not let down! This product packs a punch for the price and worked almost immediately for me. I live in Colorado and the high altitude plus brutal winters leaves my face feeling rough and flaky. First wash and my face was the smoothest it's ever been, pesky acne flare ups I've been fighting for months cleared up in days. I AM SOLD. I did get some mild irritation around my chin the first go but I'm almost certain it was user error. I washed my face over my sink and I'm thinking I did not wash the product off my face well enough... I will only use in the shower now. Make sure to rinse well, start slow, and don't forget the SPF. I have sensitive skin so I am working my way up from twice weekly to avoid any possible complications, it is a type of mild acid... after all. Buy it, you won't be disappointed! Observation: (and this is not necessarily a bad thing, just something to note) it doesn't smell the best - not a bad smell, but it's not highly scented, if you're into that. I'd prefer not to have any extra fragrances and crap on my already struggling skin, so this is a non-issue for me. Second observation, and this is true with many products, the bottle was only about 3/4 full. Again, this may be a deal breaker for some but with the price point and results, I am willing to let it go. I will be buying again!

Powerful Exfoliating Cleanser for Oily, Acne-Prone Skin
I have oily, acne-prone skin, and this Glycolic Acid Facial Wash is the first cleanser I’ve used that truly exfoliates, not just cleans. It noticeably improved clogged pores, small bumps, and rough texture that I couldn’t get rid of before. The glycolic acid is quite strong, so I don’t recommend using it daily. Using it 2–3 times a week works best for me. It doesn’t completely remove nose blackheads, but I haven’t found any single product that does. This cleanser has little to no fragrance—just a mild grapefruit scent. It does not foam at all, but it still removes oil very well and exfoliates effectively. After washing, my skin feels very smooth and slippery, which I personally like. The bottle is small and a bit pricey, but it works. If you’re looking for a powerful exfoliating cleanser for oily skin, this one is worth trying.

Amazing
I have oily skin and am addicted to anything that helps it feel smooth. I decided to try this because using more glycolic acid can't possibly hurt, right? LOL. This facial cleanser is perfect for helping achieve that. The cleanser comes in a small 4oz pump bottle. It's not very much, but you don't need much for your skin either. It's a gel and the consistency is watery. It has a pleasant citrus scent. By itself, I can't see this cleaning anyone's skin of oil, makeup, or dirt. As I mentioned before, my skin is oily. To maximize the potential of this cleanser, I wash with a hypoallergenic cleanser first. That way my skin is oil free and ready for this cleanser. Then I rub this one into my skin for about a minute, then use a facial spin brush with a silicone brush attachment for another 1-2 minutes. The spin brush is important because it helps massage the cleanser into the pores and helps the skin absorb the glycolic acid better. I do this with the prewash too. The result is a warming sensation when I first rub this cleanser into my skin. This is how you know it's working. I do this 1-2x a week. The result is the softest skin you've ever had. It is drying, even for oily skin, so if you have dry skin already, you'll definitely want to use a moisturizer afterwards. For me, hyaluronic acid is enough to add moisture back. Now let's talk about what this doesn't do. It's not going to peel your skin. It's not going to reduce lines or wrinkles. It may or may not shrink your pores depending on how big they are to begin with. It's not the best choice for acne either. So why use it then? Because of all the chemical exfoliation products I've tried, this one is the best. It will definitely aid in keeping your pores clean. It does prompt skin renewal. It helps even out skin texture. It's good stuff. Just don't expect it to work miracles.

Changed formula
I’ve used this product religiously for about two years. But the last 3 times I’ve gotten it, the formula has been different. Once it smelled so strongly of tea tree it was difficult to tolerate. Now the formula I have this month is white instead of clear and has caused contact dermatitis. I’m moving to a different product. Too bad :( it worked amazingly for a long time.

Great Product - Did Not Disappoint
The first time I used this cleanser, I knew it was going to be a winner. My skin is very textured as a result of clogged pores so I decided since nothing else was working I would try a glycolic acid product. I found this on Amazon and between the fact that glycolic acid was the second ingredient and the price was more than reasonable, I decided to try it. After the first wash, I didn’t pat my skin dry but used a cloth to rub and was a bit surprised and impressed with the dead skin cells that were removed. After the second wash, I pat my skin dry and used my pointer and middle finger to gently stretch my skin forcing tiny dots of sebum that had been broken down by the glycolic acid to become visible. I wiped these off with a cloth and repeated the process until all the sebum was removed and followed with a moisturizer. I repeated that process for nights 3-7 and can honestly say that the improvement in the texture of my skin is unbelievable. Some of the less clogged areas are barely visible while the real problem spots are much smoother. The only real issue I had with the product was the spout which would not open no matter how many times I turned it or how hard I pressed down as I did. I ended up having to take the whole thing off to access the product. The only other issue, which is really only wishful thinking, is that I wish it came in a larger size in spite of the fact that a little seems to go a long way and the 4oz will probably last a good while using it only once a day. I highly recommend this product. You’d be hard-pressed to find another product of equal or equivalent quality for the price point.

Face wash review update- huge price increase?? Stop getting ripped off.
Update: This Product went from roughly $7 a bottle up to $19.00 in the last year. It's the same with the HA product they sell (I also did research and their HA does not say high, medium and low molecular structure so you know it can be thoroughly absorbed by the skin). If you're purchasing it at this price you are being ripped off and this company knows it. Every time I have bought it on Amazon the price went up. I'm done now because they're just blatantly price gouging to line their pockets on a product that they used to sell for so much less (meaning it could have and should have stayed at that price and I got a good product and they made their money). Why would I support them more than doubling the cost? I'm not. I'm now buying "The Ordinary" Glycolic Acid 7% toning solution and my HA from Sephora. Their toner gives 8 Oz. for about $10. Just as good, a lot more included, and they do not raise the price every time I go to buy it. These Dr. Song products are just not worth it any more. So long, I'm no longer a customer!!! I can feel this product working but it does not inflame my sensitive skin. Definitely will order more!!! Update: 3/19/2020 Update: 3/19/2019 I have purchased my second bottle of this product. I use it after the Dr. Song glycolic face wash which I put on top of Shea Moisture Glow Getting Nourishing Cleanser. Using warm water to get all impurities. Then I use Korean moisturizing toner, the Dr.Song Hyalironic Acid on top. After drying I put on Neutralize Renewal Complex (very light for my Acne), and Farmstead Apothecary Face cream. Sounds like a lot of work but my Acne, cystic acne and scars love this routine. Nothing is a miracle so stick with something for a couple of months to see results. After all serums and moisturizers dry I can still use an acne Hydrocoloid patch which stays in place. Wish I had a before and after photo. 46 year old skin looks so much better.

Amazing product, no bs, and strong USA family business
The product is wonderful. I have mildly oily skin, and lately with the humid weather I have been breaking out especially with the inclusion of PPE. So I gave this a go, along with a rotating (not vibrating) brush. Within days you feel your new skin come in, and even though I used toners prior to stop black spots forking after a popped pimple, this has all about cleared them all up. I’ll take a before and after once j finish my first full bottle, but I’m using one pump on my brush and brush for 2min. Then I rinse with warm water. I do this as my nightly routine (I shower again at night to feel fresh in sheets). Make sure you wash it all off and rinse a little more if unsure. It can bleach sheets, but I haven’t experienced this yet. COVER OUR EYES! It burns. But give it a shot. I love Dr. Song face washes. I chose them over acne.org and especially proactive. Though I do like a proactive restore step... well that’s it in a nutshell. Be sure to use a non pore clogging cream for the first few days or possibly as a following step. You will dry out a lot the first couple of times, and will adapt over time. I use Create Cosmetics BOT3.1 benzoyl peroxide, tea tree oil, and jajoba oil. I use it very sparingly because the jajaoba clogs skin and seems counter intuitive but I use it because of the 10% benzoyl peroxide. My face is smooth and looking like I was my 17yr old self again (I’m 31). It’s great stuff y’all. B.rnn from AUSTIN TX

Good so far
Arrived early. As for the result, it’s too early to tell but, with no adverse effect, it’s so far so good.
