I love the Natracare Organic tampons. They are absorbent and work great. I feel safe using them because they are free of toxic chemicals and fragrances. I have MCAS do its very important to me to know that the products i use are safe.

I really trust these. Natracare tampons are manufactured in Europe under strict guidlines in a sterile environment. They are organic cotton with no rayon, and are bleached with hydrogen peroxide instead of chlorine. They are available with applicators and without- in the case of those with applicators, they are cardboard. (I will say Natracare has changed the applicator in the past couple of years, and I'm not totally wild about the new design- sort of an "asterisk" shape at the opening of the cardboard applicator which the tampon must pass through- which I find rather unnecessary) But I still think that these are the best tampons out there. Safe, naturally bleached organic cotton. No scents, no rayon, no plastic applicators, no dioxins, no junk. Simple. Great. I give these as many stars as I can, and then some. Absolutely worth every penny.

I have a painful cycle normally and sounds weird but I have less cramping when using these. Maybe it’s because of tampax toxic chemicals but these cause way less cramping. Thank you.

Good clean option if you’re avoiding conventional pads with fragrance or questionable ingredients. Comfortable and absorbent, though I personally prefer slightly softer material.

The tampons themselves are fine. They don't fully absorb before they leak which is a bummer but still last plenty long. Love that there's no plastic. The applicator is just too hard to push even after twisting it like the instructions recommended. I ended up just inserting without the applicator. I'll try a different brand or buy without the applicator next time.

cotton tampons I’ve found. The cardboard applicator is better than other brands and very comfortable. They are a bit more pricey, but definitely worth it. I get mine through Whole Foods now, which is super convenient.

The best tampon brand! Safe to use with your body and actually works! Been using these for years. No plastic is used which I love.

These are the best tampons that are good for the environment. No plastic to get rid of and the tampons are hypoallergenic due to being organic, unbleached and no nasties that go into the more well- known brands. Totally recommend and affordable.
