The ZOOMBROS 330W Portable Power Station is a wonderful product. It is very compact, quiet and offers several power options. My main use is for supplying power to a portable trailer backup camera and also for pumping out water from a 100 gal horse tank using a small aquarium pump. The only noise is from turning on/off the unit. Recently I had a problem with the power station not charging so I contacted customer service as it was still under warranty. The customer service was outstanding! I was contacted the next day and received a new unit the following week. I appreciate the honesty and promptness of ZOOMBROS and will definitely look to purchase more products from ZOOMBROS in the future.

Very nice product. The wall charger got really warm when used. Is that normal? Besides that, everything is pretty good. Got it with 50% charge and it fully charged pretty quick.

The product was defective upon shipping, but I didn't know until I tried to use the 110 v output 2 months after purchase. There are no instructions on how to get warranty work done.

I purchased this power station to provide electricity for our AO Smith power vented water heater in the event of a power outage. Unfortunately, unplugging the water heater from the electrical outlet and plugging it into the ZOOMBROS unit did not work (water heater would not turn on, LEDs indicated error condition). Plugging it back into the electrical outlet brought it back to life. I did charge up the ZOOMBROS unit up to 100% before trying this. Returned. I did not attempt using it for any other purpose, thus giving it 3 starts -- did not work for what I needed, but could be fine for other purposes.

We are using this for hunting camp. We do not have lined electric hooked to it and we just need lights and just basic little stuff during the night period. Works excellent ! It’s small and light weight we can carry it in or pack it up and take it however or wherever we go. You can barely hear it running which is great so we don’t scare the animals. A definite must have.

Like others have stated, don't waste your money on this. There are much better options out there. I bought 3 of these for emergencies and they are all junk. 2 out of 3 won't charge to a full 100%. Once "fully" charged it discharges quickly without anything plugged in. I plugged a small fan into one and it drained to nearly empty in less than 5 minutes. These are junk and now I'm stuck with them because the return period is over. Buyer beware.

With all the brownouts coming from PG&E in California and many more expected in the future, this gives me reliable lighting. I am hoping it will also power the fridge for part of a night if not all.

The media could not be loaded.  A small and practical power station. I am in Northern California. Because of wildfires, there are frequent power outages here. This power station was purchased for emergency purposes and I look forward to its performance.
