They gave me a extra case for free as a gift which I really appreciate. They also emailed me when I receive the product how it was and if there were any issues. The case was to big for my charging dock so they are resending me a slimmer case. I wasn’t sure about this brand but they are very responsive and helpful. The case material has a great grip making it impossible for it to slide off a table. I have dropped my AirPods a few times and the case saved it. This is a inexpensive case that does a great job. Totally recommend! 10/10!

The back is not fully covered. I guess you get the price you pay for. Not that nice fit. Can’t even return it coz its international shipping and it’s a hassle to return for the price. Very disappointed with this case.

I used to have a case on my regular AirPods, now that I got Pro, weirdly it's been so hard to find a good one on the market.This case is great, I ordered the white one and they also included the mint one as a gift! Very nice!The case itself is thicker than the one I used to have, which is even better. It doesn't slip and fits perfectly, just what I was looking for. You can see the light through like it says in the description. The hook is detachable, I just personally like to have the AirPods on my keys 'cause I keep forgetting the keys. I'm very happy with this customer experience!

I got this because the AirPod Pros kept falling out of my pocket and I was afraid I was going to lose the whole thing. Well, the silicon material that this cover is made out of catches on everything. Which then pulls the flap open on top, and pulls the earpieces out. It costs 90$ to replace the earpieces. I replaced one on Monday. Today, Saturday, 6 days later, I’ve lost a second one. It’s not that this product is worse than any other silicon case. The problem is silicon cases. Buy a leather one that doesn’t grip surfaces AND has a snap to keep the lid closed. I recommend you pass on this and all similar products.

Sturdy case, but flimsy key link. Would love to see a wireless charging option. Functional for what I need which is protection for case.
