Yes, with an optional tripod mount (not included) such as the Bushnell ‎‎161002CM, though it has a common fitting that could accept a number of popular mounts.

Does it come with a case?

It has been a while since I bought this as a gift for someone else. I do not think it included a case. I recommend reading the small print in the ad.

Are these binoculars fogproof?

I believe no optics are fog proof if they sit in 20 degree weather and then introduce them to a warm climate right away. Especially if you breathe on them they will fog on the outside. Great pair of binoculars for the price. Once a pair of optics looses its seal they will fog under extreme conditions.
