Kodiak Cakes Instant Oatmeal Cup Variety Pack: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Maple & Brown Sugar, & Chocolate Chip

I've purchased various different 12 packs of this Kodiak oatmeal at least 4 times already. I'm really happy with the price of buying these in bulk versus individually at the grocery store. They taste great, and I love that there's a lot of protein without the weird supplement flavor that a lot of packaged protein items have. I typically just add hot water, and the texture ends up being similar to other instant oatmeals.

I love the chewiness of the whole grain. Not mushy! It's easy and fast which is good for me as I would tend to just skip breakfast. I do wish banana nut was in the variety pack as well. It is a good amount. It fills me up and lasts until lunch time. It is a bit pricey, but I have never found another of equal quality and flavor.

Unfortunately my favorite oatmeal cups which aren’t mushy, have been discontinued in many stores including Amazon. This brand is comparable in price so I thought I’d try it, hoping that I can see and taste each oat. Nope. It’s just like the cheaper brands - mushy. I wanted maple brown sugar, but to get that flavor I had to buy a variety pack with a few of what I wanted but mostly chocolate or chocolate peanut butter. I think of chocolate as a dessert and don’t want to eat it for breakfast. I want something healthy to start the day out right. I do like that this brand contributes to saving bears, which is great. I just wish they made a better product. **ME AGAIN. I tried cooking it in the microwave and what a difference! I added a little more water than it suggested. It took longer than the 45 seconds to cook. I’d cover it with plastic wrap if I were you. It went all over my microwave but it was much better!!! I could taste each grain and there was no mush. Yay!!

These are the best oatmeal cups out there. Truly, better than any other brand in nutrition and ease. They're high in protein, just one will keep me full for up to 6 hours. I've been purchasing these packs for nearly 2 years and don't intend to stop. They're great for breakfasts on the go or when I don't feel like making food....or just plain lazy to pack a lunch. Very much recommend!!

I bring these to work and have one each morning. They keep me full until lunch. I'm retiring soon and my co-workers have me a cake that said. Now you can enjoy your cake at home. Some of my co-workers now bring them for breakfast as well.

I am always trying to take a few pounds off. The cereal I was eating before left me starving by mid morning and I was tempted to cheat on the diet. This left me satisfied til lunch! I will definitely buy again.

I typically don’t write reviews, but this was so bad I had to. I have enjoyed microwave oatmeal cups from a different brand as a quick breakfast option, so I thought the variety pack from this brand would be fine. Sadly, I discovered that water leaked out of the cup and then we I transferred the oatmeal to a bowl, I tasted what I would describe as nasty, chalky and bland oatmeal. Morel of the story: stick with the rivers, lake and brands that you’re used to.
