These bands were among the cheapest available. I was a little skeptical because they were so cheap and only 1 review but I took a chance...so glad that I did!!!I was immediately impressed with quality and I've added the 3 bands that I didn't initially order to my Amazon cart. They even came with an exercise chart.The one thing that I will say is that they seem to collect lint/debris. It's hard for me to articulate in words, but after I actually use them I'll post additional pictures.It may just be the printing rubbing off...Nonetheless, I'm sure that you'll be pleased with this product.Buy w/confidence.

These function as advertised and I haven't had any problems with tearing or snapping in 4 months of regular use (warm up exercises prior to weight lifting). My only complaint is that the square shape makes them more uncomfortable to hold as compared to the tubular or flat kind. I don't think I realized they were square (rectangular prism, for the geometry nerds out there) instead of tubular when I bought them; would have preferred something less rough on my hands. Still, they work and I use them regularly.

I'm probably extra weak, but i followed the chart for 160 lb, 0 pullups and ordered the green band and it wasn't enough for me to do even 1 pullup (my daughter, who works out and is the same weight couldn't do one either). So now i just put one leg in the band and the other foot on a chair and I'm fine. It's super awkward to do that tho and I'm disappointed cuz the whole reason i ordered the band was because I had done my pullups with my on a chair and wanted to stop doing that. That said, the band seems it's good quality and for the price, i would definitely order this brand again. So maybe read some more reviews before chosing your band.

Just a really, really, good workout band, I am 260 and I can use the Black band with all the confidence in world. I went from struggling with 3 pull ups to doing 6 or 7 without kipping (cheating). So now I can concentrate on form and holding a contraction at the top instead of hanging on for dear life. There are SEVERAL other exercises and uses for this thing, however I only intended on using it to aid in getting my pull ups back.

Great quality material and does the job!! I am a 5’7” 140 lb female and I am able to complete 10 pull ups in a row with the green band the first time I used it whereas I can complete one without. I would say the band subtracts the amount it says it does. Worth the money!!

'I am very happy with the quality and thickness of the bands. I have recently purchased an X3 by Titan workout set and wanted a little more variety in my resistance band choices. The Iron core seem to be almost identical in looking at them and are considerably less expensive. I’ve been using both sets for about a week so it’s a little early to see how they hold up but I’m really pleased so far!

This band is much better that the ad displays and it is much better quality than the one I bought at Big 5. So far it had been a great asset to my training. One note, this band has more tension than I thought and should have ordered the one below it. But, my ego won't let me return it so I plan on buying the one with less tension and use them both.
