I using this for my 4 and10 year old to go with their flower girl dresses but it’s a little too long so I just rolled it over and it does the job, I have a picture of my 4 year old with it on by itself and also with her dress rolled up I will put a picture of my 10 year old with it on later and post it

The waist was supposed to fit 27 to 34 in. My granddaughter's waist measures 27 in and it is too tight and two small. We are so disappointed because she wanted to wear this with her fancy dresses to make them flairy but it is uncomfortably small. A total waste of my money.

This petticoat fit perfectly! It added just the amount of fullness I was wanting for my daughter's 50's dress for school. It stayed in place and wasn't uncomfortable to wear all day. I had a hard time making her take it off.

This was not as full or poofy as we expected so we had to buy another one but this one will be nice for other dresses so we kept it.

Ended up returning because it was wayyyy too big for my 3 year old and didn't have as much poof as I'd hoped.

The sizing is not correct, go down a size. The package when open smelled like rotten fish, very smelly. I had to return it.
