A little flimpsy

The shelving warps in the hot greenhouse sun. They are not very strong, but good for seedlings or small plants.

I purchased both the heavy-duty metal shelves for the Snap and Grow greenhouse and also purchased some of these shelves. These shelves are fairly sturdy, but not nearly as deep. They also do not have drainage holes. They are made so that plants will not stand in water, but the water that drains into these shelves must stand until it evaporates. You can only fit one flat on the shelf. The metal shelves are deeper and you can fit two flats on them if you put the shorter side of the flat next to the wall. These shelves are much cheaper, but I find that the metal shelves are more versatile and worth the extra money. Depending on what you want to use them for, these shelves are super quick to install, sturdy, and much less expensive. The metal shelves take longer to assemble and install, cost a lot more, but also provide more space for plants.

I got the shelves before the greenhouse was delivered. It was great that the screw heads fit in the slot after construction of the greenhouse. I love it the shelves hold extra water in the grooves. We have a ebb and flow system and the plants grow tall, so no room for the shelves on the side. They won't work on the slanted part of the roof, but able to put 2 on the end section. The other 6 will go into my older greenhouse.

Don’t waste your money on them. Don’t fit together, badly designed. No way to run tracks concurrently at custom heights because palram green houses lack track corners and frame tracks. The whole thing looks and feels like it’s made out of plastic blueberry muffin containers. Somewhat useful in small allocations but they are so poorly designed and flimsy you’re better off running to a big box to piece together with a hot knife and a drill to fit your them to your greenhouse shelf needs. The metal shelves are much better, but the corners of their greenhouses are badly designed and they won’t fit no matter what you do and have no customizable height from the corners. PS. Shipping is incredibly slow, plan weeks ahead before they might possibly potentially arrive from the listed estimates, cuz it’s gonna take several weeks to get your products from them.

I loved this product because it was easy to install, it took only minutes. I also loved that I got it in few days, now thats service. This product can hold alot. I have had mums (full grown) and two flats on this and it help with no problem. I will be buying a few more for the rest of my green house.

I feel like these shelves will eventually snap in the sun. It’s LA and it gets hot, especially in a greenhouse. These shelves are lightweight (yes), but such terrible quality! Especially for the hefty price! There also is no way to secure the plastic shelf top to the brackets that attach to the greenhouse frame. It kinda has grooves that fit on it, but you could easily knock over the entire shelf by accidentally backing into it. Really stupid. I just forked over the extra money for the heavy duty shelves since they won’t blow off in the wind or crack in half due to sun. We’ll see how that goes....

Easy to install and does the job!

It serves it's purpose. Not really meant for heavy potted plants though. The plastic is a bit flimsy. But great for starter pots.
