do these fit the JB weld 25ml epoxy tubes?

I don't know about JB Weld. I bought this for 3M Scotch-Weld 08966 Epoxy Adhesive DP420 50mL, DP420, Black

Will they fit adhesive technology JF-311 cartridges?

Tried to look on the site only cartridges I saw were larger than the 25/50ml cartridge these are used for. I would doupt it.

Where does one purchase the 'needle' tip shown in the sales photo?

Those nozzles with the large round base are available on Amazon ... but they do NOT fit the dual tube Hysol adhesive cartridge. That cartridge requires the end with the flat sides so it will fit onto the outlet and twist-lock into place.
