The cost of Diesel Engine repairs is very expensive. If you follow recommended filter and fluid changes, you will probably never need engine repairs. Diesels are build to last. With that in mind, I only use quality and factory recommended filters and fluids to keep my truck running strong and long. I rated the install as 3 stars. I have done this several times and it requires time, drain pans and a few tools to get it completed. You will be on your back under the truck to reach the rear filter. I don't consider it difficult, but I do most of my own maintenance including trans and differential oil changes. Some people might consider this a chore.

Nice to be able to order online! I learned how to change filters by watching the great You Tube mechanics. Best one was Motor Head. He has a Ram 2500 and he introduced me to some great tools and techniques. Only thing that was complicated was the little blue sensor clip, someone had moved it when my fuel tank had to be removed (won't go there!) so clip is in a very awkward position and I was afraid to break it! I have guitar fingers and strong hands for a Woman! I'll be saving plenty of cash doing my own maintenance. Trans fluid change next, BTW oil filter changes on this Truck are a bear due to location of fuel filter. There is a special oil filter cap you will find out about while looking through Motor head's videos and can buy awesome tool on Amazon!

Received OEM filters, installed and worked great.

So far so good. Fuel filters seem to fit perfectly. No leaks and the engine started, always a plus. Haven't installed oil filter yet but looks right.

What I received are the real deal, genuine Cummins Fleetguard filters wrapped in plastic. No issues with the internal constriction of the filter media like others have noted in reviews. Not sure what others have received based on some of the reviews, but these are the most reasonably priced out there. Fleetguard went to white NanoNet filter media, so you won’t see the green internals anymore unless it’s old stock. “I’ll be back”.

2018 Dodge RAM 2500 diesel, much better price than from the dealer, will continue to order these for every fuel filter change. My husband was able to change both filters himself which saved us a lot of $.

These Fleetguard filters come well packaged and with replacement O-rings for both the primary and secondary filters. It's my preferred fuel filter for my 2013 6.7 Cummins. I would not risk my injectors or CP3 trying to save a few dollars on cheap no name filters. Spend the extra money and buy Fleetguard. My truck has over 360k on it and runs beautifully. Part of the reason for that is buying quality fuel system filters.
