2016 MINGQIAN LONGJING. Picked before Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day) around the beginning of April, Only finest tea shoots picked with one bud and one or two leaves. It has better taste and higher quantity of Amino Acid, Flavonoids and Polyphenols than is typical for other green teas.
The yellowish jade green infusion offers a natural sweetness reminiscent of sugarcane without a hint of bitterness. Along with the sweetness you will also enjoy the lightly chestnut and floral aroma and wonderfully complex taste. A balanced tea, strong, and with a finish that remains true to its great reputation!

Dragon Well is known in China for its 'four uniques': its bright green colour, mellow taste, refreshing aroma and beautiful shape. Brewing Instruction: First steeping: Rinse to remove "snow" if needed. 3-5 grams of fine tea leaves with 6 fl oz. water (170-190° F), and brew for 3-5 mins. Re-steeping: The leaves are good for 5 infusions. Add a little more time for each subsequent infusion. *It's best to use a transparent glass so that you can see the dance of the leaves as they unfurl and swirl around in the water. This is a beautiful way to appreciate your tea! Caffeine Content: Low Shelf Life: 18 months Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after use.
