Great boots! I bought these boots to use with clean trax. They worked like a charm. My horse had to stand in them for 90 minutes! So I needed a sturdy boot. There’s a useful thick base that fits in the bottom of the boot. I wish it were attached to the base that would make the boot even better. When filling the boot up with solution to soak in the base has a tendency to float necessitating me pushing it down to the bottom. It does stay there once you push it down but be aware that it will float up to the top I like that it came with extra straps I found the straps easier to use than the strap that was attached to the boot. They’re easy to work with and STURDY! No rips/tears after 4 uses. (At 90 mins/use!). My horse is BIG- 17h 1250#. I would absolutely recommend this boot to a friend and I would not hesitate to buy again

I have a horse with a hoof and fetlock injury. I have had to soak the hoof every other day for 60 days. I tried lots of other products but they were either bothersome to the horse or not tall enough so they fell off or leaked soaking liquid. This boot works great, I mix the soaking materials in the bag then slip on his leg and hold up until he sets his hoof down on the pad inside (included). I then wrap vet wrap a few times around the bag about 1/2 way up - (the straps that come with it are cumbersome to work with for me) With the soaking bag on - he can stand tied for 30 minutes and has even pawed a few times without losing it. After 20 uses is still in good shape. Saved me so much time and frustration.

I really like these boots. I’ve never had to use them before so I really have nothing to compare it to except a bucket. I ordered from amazon prime for the two day shipping due to needing to quickly soak an abscess that popped up just below my gelding’s coronary band. The shipping was delayed and I did not receive them until afterwards however, I can use these to combat thrush flare ups or any other abscesses in the future. These boots were larger than I initially expected them to be but seemed to be thickly made. I put my arm in there and it went from my hand almost up to my shoulder. I did not use the foam insert since I was just test soaking and getting my horse accustomed to the boot but they were dense and substantial. The extra velcro straps were good but on my average sized quarter horse, they didn’t snug up too much and the boot flopped around a bit with the weight of some liquid in the bottom when he stepped to the side. For a smaller horse or pony, you may want to use some vetwrap to secure. I would not hesitate to recommend these soaking boots. I much prefer them over a bucket. Compared to others price-wise, these are more affordable and you get two boots instead of one for $30 at the local TSC.

These hoof soaking boots are WONDERFUL!! Especially if using soaks like White Lightning or CleanTrax which work off of the fumes the mixtures emit. These boots have a nice locking mechanism on the top and 2 velcro loop closures for each boot to keep the fumes in. One problem which isn't a problem with the boots, if your horse is not accustomed to having hoof soaks done especially with a scary bag attached to their foot. I would recommend making them wear it before putting expensive hoof product in. Also make sure your horse is secured to a post with a safety tie ring to allow them to freak out safely. My horses have done this a couple times but are now chill about the whole process. These boots are very DURABLE. I have one Arab who kicked against concrete with these on and he still didn't puncture them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

So much easier than a bucket or pan. I put these on and soak while I tend to other tasks in the barn or stall. If the horse fidgets a bit, there are no kicked over buckets. I can groom without having the pan fill up with hair. I don't have to stand next to her the whole time. I can clean tack or clean the barn nearby. Easy to put on. My horse likes them too.

Perfect! Durable and a great design. I soak my draft with chronic hoof issues every 2-3 weeks. Interior base is cushioned and removable. Fits well even on this size horse and the additional elastic velco straps can be placed so the boots don't slip, leak or twist. Best design I've come across. Just remove, wash, dry and store for next time. Truly the best boot for soaking. I've tried many. I have Davis boots, bags for soaking, etc...but this is the best option in the market to my knowledge.

Could not get them to stay on goat by themselves cause My goat is active but I could stand there with goat and soak his hoof which it worked as a portable bucket that doesn't spill. My goat soaks went well and goat is doing great. Great product.

These boots are worth their weight in gold. I tried to upload a pic, but it didn't like the file type. Luckily, I'm still a person who lives by there word. Sooo much easier...than that dam bucket!!! The only thing I'd have to say that was irritating on this great purchase was the black middle boot straps. the plastic ringy thingy turns on its own, but still doable for the time and money. They work! :)

Laminitis treatment; mare broke a fence overnight after a hot day, and on a cold night. Worst scenario.Feet were hot (checked with a cheap laser temperature gun-my go-to for heat concerns).I literally used Amazon delivery bags while I waited for these soaker boots. Ice and water dropped the hoof temperature by 8-10 degrees more compared to my well water for cold hosing. Plus the temperature stayed down much longer.Boots have a removable cushion that protects the rubber boot itself. Mare is a draft cross and they fit easily. Velcro straps plus the top fastener hold the boots in place. Easy on and easy off. They actually stand up while full of water! Easy to clean.My mare is patient, allowing me the time to fit her toe on the disc in the boot so when she plants her hoof it is fully on the protective disc. Fill with ice and water (or whatever) and do up the straps.This product is a blessing!!!

Thes3 have worked as expected. They are tight to get ony clydesdale, but we manage.Would like to see the elastic support straps be wider though.

These boots are extremely durable. The pad on the bottom allowed us to ice my horse 3x day for a month. He had front shoes with a frog support sticking out. I purchased a second set for myself and a replacement set for another brand I borrowed that did not hold out as well.

Can't compare to any others but these worked well. Not sure hiw long they will last, but I'm about to find out.

Soaking is so much easier with these soaking bags than the feed dish I used previously. My horse is well behaved and did not have an issue with using them at all, whether it was his front or back hoof.
