These came with pillow protectors that feel high quality - on the first night, they felt a little too high, but after a night, I'd worked out how to get the filling exactly where I wanted it to support my head and neck without creating an awkward position and headache or neck pain in the morning.Considering I have been plagued with neck problems for years since a motorbike accident (I was the rare person who walked out of hospital with a fractured C2 four hours after admission), it was lovely to actually have a comfortable pillow for the first time I can remember, as I've only been able to sleep on shaped foam pillows until now.They're pricey compared to foam filled or shaped foam pillows - but they're worth it, as you are comfortable with just one pillow, rather than five that just aren't right. I normally sleep on my side and the better half usually sleeps somewhere between his front and his side (which is better for me, as when he sleeps on his back, I'm guaranteed to not be sleeping at all), but since I bought these, he thankfully has stayed where he is rather than fidgeting around and ending up on his (very noisy) back.A good nights sleep is worth the additional paid for these.

No pillow case cases arrived with the pillows.

Very comfortable and amount of filling right for me as I like to sleep with two pillows. Neck can snuggle down with medium support. I like the pillow cases that come with them as I use them as protectors and they don't spoil the shape of the pillow. No fall out of feathers yet but only had them a few wks. would buy again .

The construction of the pillow as a box rather than the usual envelope design seems to make a real difference to the comfort level. The pillow is blissfully soft but also supportive and stays in shape all night. I also liked the accompanying pillow slip as it is an exact fit and a material that washes easily. I would highly recommend this product.

It's a nice set of pillows bit can feel little flat. It's your not a side sleeper than you won't have any complaints. If you are a side sleeper, than doubling up on both pillows might be a bit much.

Great quality pillow, didn't take long to adjust to this pillow. Used to use 2 one on top of the other but, this has a great shape and supports my head and neck on its own. Very comfortable to sleep on.

I love these pillows which have improved my sleep and cured my stiff neck.
