Miyako 4" Ceramic Paring Knife, Glossy White

Knife has decent feel and weight in hand. Typical sharpness for a ceramic knife. Appears to be well made as it has held up to several months of moderate use without staining or losing much sharpness.

This is my 5th or 6th Miyako knife.Pros - Long lasting, stay sharp, nice handle, cuts thru almost everythingCons - After 1 year of usage have not Found OneThese things not only stay sharp but as many times as I have dropped them they have yet to chip.I have de-boned meats, cut thru chicken breast bones, and plenty of other stuff you are not suppose to cut, and it stays sharp and none of them have chipped.The handle is easy on the hand. These knives can take some abuse and still in perfect condition one year later.I have tried some of the others out there and unless you baby them they chip, break and do not hold an edge.

Not as impressively sharp as you'd think.

I bought this knife for my daughter and at first was disappointed because the blade is wider than I wanted. I love a thin, sharp knife! But, I find myself choosing it to cut lemons, apples, etc, so it obviously is not a problem. The only thing I might change is the white blade color because it is getting stained. It is also pricey.

These knives are awesome. The sharpness lasts a long time. They can be fragile. Try not to drop them. I doNot wash mine in the dishwasher. I will continue to buy these knives. They are awesome !!! Highly reccomend.

I just love ceramic knives for most tasks. This is my third ceramic knife and, except if I am slicing something very hard or frozen, I always reach for them first.

Fits my painful hand perfect. Light weight easy to control. Love it! comes in nice box to help keep it safe, which is good for storage.
