Quality of heating pads is all over the place, with price not necessarily being an accurate indicator. This is a great pad in terms of features and quality and represents excellent value. I highly recommend it.

I have gone through many a walgreens heating pad...then I discovered this one. It is amazing. It automatically shuts off, heats up quickly, and the cover is so very soft...If you use a heating pad often...for aches and pains, or just some extra soothing warmth, this one is outstanding. I wish it got hotter but that might be a bit extreme for the skin. I love this product. I have horrible periods and this helps

Piece of trash. Lasted 60 days and dead.

I just got it so I haven’t washed it yet. I really like that it’s washable, so I hope that goes well. It certainly heats up fast and it’s very soft.

The flexibility and auto shut off are great....but even on HIGH it does not get that warm. Very disappointed.
