Full Hide Cadet Shoe, with Leather Upper and Liner, Hi Shine

Since My 12 yrs old son joined aircadet, I have purchased 3 pair of cadet shoes (including this one), one I bought from ebay,didnt fit, bad quality, resale on ebay, the buyer sent it back., so we spent more time searching on amazon and read almost all of the review.Then we bought this one, it turn out to be the best, my son love it as when he polished it come out very shiny, will add pictures later.

The shoes were two different shapes,One toe cap was rounder than the other, we accepted this because we needed them quickly. The shoes were always slippery when marching even on tarmac, and after just 1 year one of the soles fell off.

Early days but so far these have been a hit with son who has started air cadets. There was a slight scratch on the toe but it has buffed up ok with polish. These come up big, my son is a size 9 but having had some advice from a friend we ordered the size 8 which is roomy.

Great looking shoe, smooth dimple free leather that buffs to a high shine with good quality brushes and bulls to a high shine with a duster/sylvette!Great for formal/parade wear, bought mine to wear whilst on formal veterans parades/duties.

I don't see why people have such bad reviews on these shoes. I bought a pair as I'm a supply teacher and needed some cheap and fast. Brilliant quality and would expect the price to be much more. Any person who's been in the forces will instantly recognise the shoes and after a few weeks they become like slippers.If they did them in brown I'd buy another pair

Not the bed cadet shoes I've bought - these are ready for replacing after about six months. My old pair lasted 4 YEARS. They're still comfy, they're just not watertight any more - the upper is coming away from the sole. The toecaps also cracked and creased very quickly which was disappointing.

Not suitable for Air Cadet Uniform. Had to send them back and re-order the precise pair of regulation shoes. Fine shoes.. l'm sure if you just want smart shoes.

As I have reminded my son, these are shoes not trainers and need some breaking in. He has sore feet after just putting them on and marching around for hours.Did get another set for my daughter and she managed to tear the sole off on the first day. I think this is more misuse then poor production.
