Q: How far in advance can I set this up? At least a day prior to the event or should I do the morning of?

I made an arch for a Christmas work luncheon on December 19th, the balloons were still up and pretty on January 1st. I have made them several days ahead and they do just fine.

Hi We will send 3-4 extra balloons in our pacakge in case some comes damaged, the quantity is enough to make a beautiful snowflake balloon garland, welcome to place an order, thanks.

Q: How do you use the ballon tape strip?

After the balloons are aired and tied off they fit into a round slot that you slip into on the tape. Very easy! Using the different sizes of balloons makes the arch shape well. I actually created one like the picture in just a couple of hours and that was airing the balloons with a hand pump. The tape is so much easier than tying then on fishing line or attaching to chicken wire. I've used it for several parties and it's a staple for me now!
