Very happy thank you
Very happy with this product, it’s great to melt chocolate in. It doesn’t go below 30 degrees though which means you can’t temper with it but the description clearly states the temperatures it is capable of so I knew this when purchasing.Heats quickly and does what it says on the tin!

Terrible product. AVOIID!
This product is truly dreadful, it looks cheap and feels cheap. Plus, the one I had delivered was clearly used as it was very badly damaged. The packaging had been damaged. Overall, is a really dreadful product.Please note, my original review was removed because some snowflake hated the fact I told the truth about their service and product.

Okay chocolate heater but no utensils
Chocolate heater was okay, however the tools it says it includes do not arrive, in the manual it states there are 3 utensils but none are included.

Disappointed at the quality
Absolutely disgusting, freshly unboxed full of fingerprints and all the protective film is ripped the finish is not good at all , not impressed and that’s just the unboxing

Leaked and inaccurate temperature
We returned this product after just one use as firstly, it leaked significantly from the base. Secondly, the temperature knob is confusing and the instructions move between centigrade and Celsius. This is a cheap product, you get what you pay for.
