I just took a trip to California and I wanted to secure my luggage. This lock was easy to use and did the job.

Used to lock the zipper on our tent while camping. I know tents can be easily broken into but it helps detour. Also locked up at night while sleeping. Easy to use.

I bought this for my gym locker. The day I locked and went further for the workout, when I came back, I saw that it was a little damaged, especially the the wire part. It seems like a few gym guys. They just try to pull it out, but fortunately they failed at it. I would say that this is pretty reliable. I am still using it. It's it is really good and it is quite tough and yeah although the thread it seems very small and thin it has good toughness to it.

I followed the instructions for setting the code on both locks (even after reading through reviews to make sure I was doing it correctly), and the code I set did not work and the locks wouldn't open. I spent about 2 hours trying every single combination of the numbers around the ones I had set, including putting the arrows in between the numbers (like the seller suggests). No luck.I was so angry that I threw them against the wall...and then they popped open. So I tried setting the codes again. I made sure that I was holding a pen steady to push in the reset button without wobbling, I made quadruple sure that the numbers I was setting were lined up with the arrows and in the little grooves and not between, I set the numbers by moving the dial to the left (so the numbers were getting larger) like someone suggested in the reviews, and I kept the reset button pushed in as I re-locked the lock (which is not what the instructions say to do). And it worked. And then I did the exact same procedure with the second lock....and it didn't work and that lock is now locked again and I can't open it. Maybe I'll have to throw it against the wall again but I'm so frustrated with these locks. I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong.The seller said in a couple of questions from other people with the same problem that you should go to your order number and click "contact the seller" and then they'll send you a new one. But there is no "contact the seller" on the order number -- only "send feedback." So I did that but no response.
