Difficult to thread and release
Quality product which arrived on time, however, I find it very difficult to thread the end through the lock, both pushing it through to secure it and pulling it out to release.

Great Ottolocks
I bought one of these locks as a birthday gift for my husband. He thought it was great so I decided to buy myself one to protect me electric bike. I went for the longest one this time which I think is the best as we can lock both bikes together to a fixed point as well. Highly recommend

Easy to cut
This lock was cut in 2 seconds by the Lock Picking Lawyer on Youtube with a pair of cheap tin snips.

Totally insecure
Utter garbage, the steel and kevlar band can be cut with a cheap pair of tin snips in a mater of seconds.Don't use this to secure anything of value.

Great lock for bike-packing
I have recently returned from a 2200+ mile, 10 week bike packing/touring trip from Lands End to the end of cycle route 1 at the north of the Shetland Islands. The Ottolock was a critical part of my setup. As a bikepacker I cannot afford to carry the weight of a SOLD SECURE GOLD RATED lock (i.e. 1.1+ kg), yet I want some form of security for when I visit a local shop to purchase food for the day. It’s small size when curled and its flexibility made it easy to carry despite my bikepacking bags occupying the spaces a lock would normally be carried on a bike. Ok, its not going to provide me with security in a city or large town. But I don’t visit cities or large towns when I bike-pack and if I do I put my bike in the lock up where I am staying for the night.

Worst lock ever. Even at a tenth of the price, it's an insult
Pros:It's light.Cons:You can cut it in ONE SECOND using £10 cable snip from Screwfix. And you can bet the bike thief will have one of those in his pocket, never mind his back-pack.I don't think you need more Cons than that one.Too bad I can't give this a negative number of stars
