My regular conditioner
I have fairly thick, waist-length and slightly coarse hair. It's a bit damaged from a lack of trims, swimming, the rare heat styling and I dye it once a year. I have to use a lot of conditioner (as does my long-haired husband), so a regular conditioner should be affordable. This amazingly inexpensive conditioner has been the only conditioner that I have consistently good results from, and I've tried salon brands. It's moisturizing without feeling oily or heavy. The scent is good, though I find it barely noticeable after showering--which isn't a bad thing, especially when my husband uses it and doesn't want a floral shampoo mixing with his cologne. My only complaint is the bottle design: I think the different shapes for conditioner and shampoo aren't enough to differentiate. I once grabbed shampoo in the store while hurried and was so sad when I realized it in the shower!

Leaves hair soft, mold scent, and conditioned
Super excited over this product. Casteroil has been part of my hair routine for over a year, as it is supposed to promote growth. I bought this product to replace the mess of using casteroil on its own. I have used this twice and it makes my hair soft and fresh. I use a hot rinse before placing the conditioner on to make sure my cuticle of my hair is open and this is well absorbed, as well as rub in my scalp and let sit. I dont get any build up by doing so. My hair is soft, shiny, and mildly scented. I would buy this again.

Be prepared for the scent.
The company claims it has a light orange-like smell. I don't know what they are talking about- mine has quite a strong smell (that smells almost exactly like Johnson and Johnson baby powder), and it really lingers in your hair for a long time. Like, through a thorough shampooing, and using a clarifying shampoo on my daughters' hair, you could still catch whiffs of it from both of our heads thanks to it doing its' job and penetrating all the good stuff into the strand. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but having a head that smells like a baby's butt for days is something that is good to know before you go in.The company also says it is color safe, but this definitely pushed the dye out of my hair a lot faster than any other conditioner I have tried. Not a problem as I can rotate it with a color depositing daily conditioner, but again good to know before going it.Other than that, it does indeed make my hair feel soft and easier to brush through. I will still use it, just not as often because I am not crazy about the strong, lingering perfumey scent.

Hair soft and manageable
I just used this conditioner for the first time today and I’m impressed by how soft and manageable it made my hair. My hair is very fine, but there is lots of it, and it reaches the small of my back. Because it’s so fine it normally knots up easily. This helped prevent knotting and made it easy to brush after washing. The smell is similar to sweet tarts candy. I noticed a lot of comments talked about static, my hair is naturally straight so I did not have to use a straightener, but with just a blow dryer I did not personally experience static.

Amazing for heavily damaged hair!
This stuff smells fantastic (a cross between a tropical scent and mix of bubble gum that lasts in your hair even after you rinse it out; so if you're overly sensitive to smells this may not be for you).My hair has been difficult to brush from dying, bleaching, using henna, etc. I've tried so many different products that didn't seem to make much of a difference. Two uses of this conditioner and my hair is easy to run a brush through and when it dries it has a beautiful shine. Very happy with this affordable conditioner and will continue purchasing. If you've thought about chopping all of your damaged hair off try this conditioner as a leave in/ regular conditioner first.

I wanted to love this...
I'm going to start with the positives:- I love the scent. I usually buy fruity shampoos and conditioners, while this smells like something you would be given in a salon. I did not expect to like it so much because it's so different from what I usually buy, but it's very nice! Not too strong or overpowering.- It made my hair very silky after the first use! I had been out of conditioner for over a week at that point and was really in need of some. I was extremely impressed with it, and loved the smooth texture of my hair. Now for the negatives:-My hair has a very fine texture that tangles easily, and especially so when using this. I honestly thought I outgrew hair that tangles this badly, but apparently I've just been using good conditioner! My hair stays okay for a day and then it's a rats nest overnight. I have to use a lot of this to keep my hair like it usually is... It's not worth having cheaper shampoo and conditioner if I need to use so much more of it!But, I feel this is most likely ba problem caused by my hair texture, and most people won't see much of a difference. If you're someone like mom, who can go a week without brushing her hair with more than her fingers and it looks perfect, then I think this conditioner would work fine for you. People with hair that tangles at the drop of a hat, on the other hand? I recommend staying away, unless you're also planning to use a hair oil treatment every week!
