Take 6-10 pills 1 hour before going to bed to help you sleep. They do not interfere with quality of sleep. It's a natural herb product. Melontonin, for me, interferes with quality of sleep.

An Shui Wan and Suan Zao Ren Tang (from mayflower) should be in all insomniac's arsenals. I cycle each 2-3 days on one and then 2-3 days on the other. I also only take one time a day (30-60 min after dinner only) and they have truly solved my insomnia as well as nurture the brain.I never realized how lack of sleep and even lack of deep restorative sleep was depleting my brain and my ability to function at high levels mentally. Since taking these two for the last couple of months I feel so alive and sharp like i was 20 or so years ago. I am almost afraid to run out of this stuff.This is coming from someone who has tried everything in the book from Melatonin, L-Glycine, lemon balm, L-Theanine, Gaba, etc.. all of those bypass the body's natural system to get to the gut and work for a few days before the brain adapts and they no longer become effective it seems.

These take time to work but once they do, they work very well.Update: I had written that I had purchased six of these for $14 in the past, but I was mistaken - it was actually US$14 a piece.

These are little miracles! I have been using them for about 15 years as needed. I did notice that they changed the formula so that it is not as powerful per pill. It used to be 2-3 pills but now it's 8. Not sure how recently they made the switch but be sure to read the label on your bottle so that you are not over or under dosing. I've never felt hungover by these - even if i just take 1 in the middle of the night if I wake and am having trouble getting back to sleep.

Helps go to sleep and sray aslerp for up to 5 hours.

Adjust dosage for weight if you take this product. Also take it for no longer than TWO WEEKS on and then take TWO WEEKS off for best results.
