I have only worn these For three days and they are wonderful. They fit perfectly and if you have plantar fasciitis or fallen arches they Offer the support you need to walk or run. I wear them over my sock or just barefooted and they work fine either way. The thing I like most about them is, if you have extra wide feet, you don’t have to use the nylon slip on the inside. You can simply just lay it down flat and wrap the rest of the support around your foot. It works just as well either way. Like I said, I have only had them for 3 days, but so far they work great! You can also sleep in them and wake up to no pain when you step out of the bed. I would definitely buy them again.

I really appreciate this item. I am 8 months pregnant and was experiencing lots of pain all over but especially in my feet. As a stay at home mom I needed something I could wear with or without shoes. This was a GREAT option. They fit well and have an adjustable strap. I did give it 4 stars instead of 5 because if not placed correctly or if they move for whatever reason they do become uncomfortable. But overall I was ecstatic to fine these.

It gave me the right support but after 10 minutes of walking they would make my feet ache and hurt even more no matter how much I adjusted. I do have severely flat feet so that is my main issue personally.

I have never written an Amazon review before, but this thing has helped me so much and I hope that it can help other people! I have had ankle pain for years now. I believe that I have a fallen arch (that is 100% a WebMD diagnosis but my symptoms match). A few days ago the pain had gotten so bad that I was limping and unable to take my dog on a walk. I decided to try this thing out. Sure enough, I have had considerably less pain for a few days now,, the swelling in my ankle has gone down, I no longer brace myself as I walk down the stairs, and I have been able to take Fiona on multiple walks. Also, it's super comfortable and I even got into bed last night almost forgetting to take it off. I like that I can adjust it with the strap. hardly notice it's there and I can wear it with my shoes.

I got these because I work from home and use a sit/stand desk. I thought these would be good for when I'm standing sock foot at the desk along with the padded standing mat. No! They're not comfortable at all and don't stay in place creating just an annoying "bump" under my foot in the middle of my foot throwing it out of position even worse. Not supporting the arch properly. I'm much better off with some good arch support inserts in a pair of slippers. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Just what my feet needed. My heels hurt a lot after a day of standing or walking from work so i have been looking for arch supports. My friend recommended this braces to me. The support piece of these is enough elastic... Really help while working out. Easy to put on and slip socks and shoes over, and easy to take off. Since they go on my feet, I can wear them with any shoes. these are a great alternative! Provide great arch support. Shipped quick, would definitely recommend!

Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis when I went to the doctor. The doctor gave me a night brace and a support with like airbags formy arches. I bought this product because i thought they would fit better in my shoes. I can wear it inside my sneakers even flip flop:)Like it so much, bought a second pair. One to wash, one to wear... I wear them 24 hours a day. Only take off to shower. I really like the fact that they are adjustable, durable, and offer good support, and overall they provide better support in the arch for my PF!!
