I think the product is fine but this is possibly a return. Dirty specs under tape on box product (see image) cardboard taped over viewing window. Maybe to seal in product but I feel like they could have shipped it in a box. It’s a gift so that’s embarrassing.

Light Weight But OK
Good looking cover, but seems very light weight and easily blows off fender. Wish it was of heavier thicker material and also a larger size was offered.
