These items are great for shoes that are a little big. I have a few pairs of shoes that I love and did not want to get rid of them and I finally found what works for me. They are easy to insert and most comfortable to walk in. Thank you.

I’ve bought the other versions for arch and metatarsal support from this company and they’re great, don’t slip and are comfy. These…the adhesion isn’t great. Had to hold it down just to get it to kinda work. Did some DIY with fabric glue to permanently put them on. Comfort wise they’re fantastic and help with heels that ended up too big

These would not stay up in my shoes and ended up a blob of squishiness near my heal. Back to the drawing board to make those Doc Martins Comfy. The gel feels nice I wish they had worked

I recently purchased them for my heels, they help my heel from slipping out of my shoe so I decided to put them in all my shoes I wear and it’s been by far the best decision ever! It provides so much support on my heel, definitely recommend!

These adhesive pads are comfortable and adhere to the inside of your shoe to help it fit better if your shoes are a little loose. Recommend

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted these to work so bad but unfortunately they wouldn’t stick to the shoes I got them for. I also just tried holding them in place and sliding my foot into the shoe but sadly they didn’t keep my shoe from causing blisters. It did make my shoe tighter to maybe if your shoe is too big it would help but once again the didn’t stick to my shoe.
