Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake On The Go Flapjack Cups Mix; Buttermilk, Chocolate Chip, & S’mores Variety Pack

I have been a long-time consumer of Kodiac products. I recently purchased these, and have been really impressed yet again.I have to be out of the house early, so preparing something quick and easy is always a priority. These Flapjack Power Cups are great for this reason.They all taste great (Chocolate Chip & Maple is my favorite). Basically a cup of fluffy pancake mix. I recommend spending a few extra seconds stirring the water and mix to remove any clumping. It will come out perfect if you do that. I do 80 seconds to achieve the perfect consistency. 60 seconds was a bit too short, and I felt the mix didn't fully "bake".If you are in the market for a quick and enjoyable breakfast with a good amount of protein, this is a great option.

It's easy to make, just add liquid and nuke. This order contained a variety of flavors and I knew that. I won't buy the variety pack again, I'll just buy what I like if I buy this again. Tasty for sure. 4 and a half stars.

This is an update from my previous review:I love this product so much that I am willing to give it chance in hoping the second time around the packaging will be better. So I was right! I opened the package immediately as soon as I received it this morning and was surprised to see the package was so well packed, intact and not even a pinch of powder dropped in the box all the way from Hawaii! Each container is still sealed and stacked perfectly. As a massage therapist that constantly working with back to back clients, burning calories at every moment this protein snacks is the most convenient meal to take on the go. Most of the time I don't get off work till 2 or 3 pm way pass lunch time, this pancake on the go keeps me filled and satisfied until the end of my shift. Delicious and filling. I hope they never change their recipe.Previous Review:I eat this for breakfast every morning this flavor tasted so good I even lost weight from it. Our local Target stores don't always have this flavor so when I found it on Amazon.com I ordered them right away. 12 containers came in but 6 of them was busted and the batter spilled all over the box and leaking when picked up. Not sure if I should take it back and reorder afraid it will do the same when arrive here in Hawaii. Figure probably the pressure in the plane during the shipping. They have got to do better on packaging perhaps wrapping them individually with saran wrap to seal the lid.

These have been a life saver the past few months. I work as a paraeducator in a sometimes volatile SPED classroom where I don't always know when I'll be able to get a lunch break. But I find eating breakfast really difficult as I'm not hungry until I've been awake and moving for a while. These are easy to toss in my bag and make on the fly while I brew a quick cup of coffee in the breakroom around midmorning when I'm finally hungry and we're settling into our routine.I can buy them locally but I prefer subscribing so I get a 12 pack once a month at a better price-per-cup and have them on hand. You can easily use their regular pancake mixes and water in a mug to make a good equivalent and sometimes I will if I want to throw some fruit or nuts in too.Overall, a little heavy on the sugar content if you're watching your sugar intake but they taste great and are a fantastic on-the-go choice for a hot breakfast at your desk option.

The product itself is great. Ordered the variety pack of 3 (s’mores, cc and maple, buttermilk), 12 total, and got 8 of the cc and 4 s’mores, no buttermilk.
