Did not receive Cutting Wire
the only thing with my order and i just realized that it didn't receive the cutting wire in my order if the seller reads these review i would appreciate if i can get my cutting wires because i just notice while reviewing the description of the product that it was suppose to be part of the order...i give it a 3 star because of that.. i'v have used it to heat lcd works well but i have not separated any glass yet because of no cutting wire..

Works great
Just used this and it worked wonderfully, heated up quickly and it really held the tablet in place, the feet on it kept it from sliding around, very well made and I would recommend this to any do it yourselfers.

Disgusted and aggravated
Wasn't going to write a review but I refuse to not say anything. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I used this less than 10 times and it stopped working! Plugged it in, flicked the switch, and heard a spark. After that, it was over. So disappointed. Very low quality product

Dead on arrival.
Unit arrived fast, I plugged it in and it went on then off, it never turned on after that, I was very disappointed and sent it back the next day, Build looked good the item just didn't work at all.
