I bought this mat on a whim because I was so tired of my entry rug slipping on my hardwood floors (even though it had a non slip rug pad underneath) This mat exceeded expectations. It adds a nice cushion underfoot and the rug stays put. It holds up to my kids running across it too.

Was concerned this might be too high and become something I tripped over but I was so tired of my rug slipping on my hardwood floor that I took a chance. Glad I did. Prevents slipping and doesn’t make me trip.

Keeps area rugs secured
It arrived a week earlier than expected, zero smell. It works perfectly for my area rugs on my hardwood and laminated wood floors. I wanted this one in particular because the rubber backing is safer for these types of flooring. I got the thinner padding, so it is soft to walk on, but not as soft as the thicker padding obviously. I was so pleased with the first one that I ordered the second one for my other area rug since the corner stick on pads were not securing the carpets. Compared to other companies offering rubber backed under pads this price was the most reasonable.

Works very well
This is the exact right size fir my rug. It doesn't show around the edges. It keeps the rug in place, no slipping at all. Also adds a bit of extra cushioning.

It’s very thick and I love the rubber backing.
I used this under my rug at the front door. It will be great once it rains and snows.The only issue was it came folded in a box and thus there are deep creases in this underlay. I would have preferred it to have come rolled up. I guess the creases will come out in time. But great product.

Great quality, does what it's supposed to
Very happy with this underlay. It is not slippery on my hardwood floor. Adds enough cushioning to make my thin carpet comfortable. Still very firm, but I like it. Perfect size, didn't have any odor.
