Q: How noisy are the wheels on a regular street paving?

Wheels are not at all noisy probably due to the larger size.

Q: If one uses it walking during heavy rain for 30 minutes, will the water be going through the material into the inside or is the polyester water tight?

I have found this trolley to be water tight during heavy showers

Q: can this be pushed or does it have to be dragged behind.

This is a very strong ,well made shopping trolley,the wheels are rather large, but the bag holds a lot of shopping and l can push it easily in front of me .
