Can you use this cream on your face?

Yes, you can use it all over your body. Only advisable if you have very dry skin. My partner uses it daily after showering, it's non greasy and not thick like e45 cream so absorbed quite quickly. Personally it's too heavy for my face to use daily but I use in winter when windy and cold outside.

Is this a great of choice to use on skin after wearing aplaster cast for 6 weeks?

I use this for all types of dry damaged skin on the body. Cannot see any why this would not help. If it’s really dry try a tub of E45 cream which is also very good.

Is this different from the original E45 cream?

This is now the daily use equivalent of the original cream xxx
