I used this lamp from seed to bloom. Combined with a 125w cfl £20 ish when in bloom to give a healthy boost when needed the most.Did a fantastic job plenty of light from 30cm away and almost zero heat emissions, great for single plant. No stretching of plant which is a sign of not enough light.Great value for money.

Draws just under 20 watts , covers 600 by 300 mil over peppers and toms to at least six inches tall.Working better than the 32 watts of t5,s they relaced.Due to the high cost of t5 tubes now better to relace with an led type fixture.The aluminium heatsink design is the best at this price point , running 18/24 with no probs for three months now.

This is a dangerous product that will not have passed Uk or eu safety guidelines. The pins at the end are live (230v) when plugged in with no insulated caps. I reported this to Amazon and I’m gobsmacked to see it still for sale. This will kill someone! I’m an electrician.

The description is a bit shabby, all the details are just like on pictures, just the brightness and power consumption is out, way out. The description say 200 watt, and I measuring only 20 watt. All of all it’s okay.Who ever is thinking to buy one of this read som feedback. I missed this important thing.

bracket screws not corect fittings

It comes with UK plug, I connected the 4 lights together.Our little seeds have grown earlier in trays with the aid of of these lights. Very pleased.We are pleased with the results!

This product is unusable as a grow light. Don't waste your money.
