Doesn't chop as expected

Easy to use.But one drawback is that you can't put the entire Onion or vegetable.Atleast you should cut it half

Was broken and seemed to be even used

Sir/Madam,I have purchased two time mini chopper but every time above item not worked properly once the rope was not good and second time chopper inner parts are not rotated properly. So both the mini chopper sets are damaged .You are requested to look after this matter.Thanks
