... put this on my baby registry and am SOOO happy I did
I happened to put this on my baby registry and am SOOO happy I did. I don't think I would have been as successful at breastfeeding if I didn't have this as it takes away 95% of the strain on my upper back. Every breastfeeding mother should have one.

Oh this is the best ever. I'm not reaching for anything else
Oh this is the best ever. I'm not reaching for anything else. I can sit up straight and BF and I don't need other pillows underneath like I do for a boppy

Smells of chemicals, even though it states on the package no chemicals added. :(
The pillow and the cover came in reeking like chemicals. I read the pillow can only be spot washed, but there is nothing I can do with spot wash that will get out the horrible smell on the pillow. Washing the coversheet I'm not sure will get out that smell either. I ended up requesting a return after my wife was very excited to try it out.

Four Stars
Wish the cover had a zipper vs Velcro. Back cushion is great

Best nursing back support!
As other reviewers mentioned, it is very large/bulky and doesn't travel well room to room. However, I have breastfed 2 kids with it over 1 year old and love it. I used to keep it in the nursery for nighttime nursing sessions only. Then I started lugging it from room to room because I tend to have bad back pain, and nursing with this thing on is the only way for me to feel even a little comfortable while nursing. Now I just take the baby to the room with the pillow! It has started to get a little flat after 4 years and 2 kids (and about 3 washes). I still love the plush cover and the back support!

AMAZING PRODUCT!!
After my second child was two months old, a friend brought me a one z pillow. What an amazing difference this pillow made! My back had been in such pain from being hunched over to feed my baby for hours day after day. Even though I had been using another pillow designed to help with feedings, the backaches I experienced were bad enough that I was considering going to bottles. The one z was much larger, which I needed to bring baby closer so I didn't have to hunch over. It also snapped in place so while changing positions or sides, I never had to worry about pillows falling off or getting out of place. The back support provided was so great that there was no need for any other pillows or additional support. I am so grateful for my one z pillow. I wish I would've had one with my first child and we would've been able to breastfeed longer! I highly recommend this pillow over any other brands on the market. Breastfeeding can be hard enough without having comfortability and back support issues, anything that can be done to give mom relief and make the process easier is money well spent!!

We love the One Z
I was having a hard time finding just the right positions at home to nurse, constantly stacking and restacking pillows and found my boppy pillow to only cause me pain as it created poor posture trying to bring baby to the right position. I went online in search of a solution and found the One Z Pillow. My first impression when it arrived was that it was way too big, but the second I tried it out I forgot all about that. I love that one arm folds up to provide back support and it buckles around the waste to keep it from shifting. No matter what position I put baby in, he seems perfectly comfortable. He's easily at the right height for me and can stretch out so his stomach isn't awkwardly crunched while nursing. I can finally sit back and relax. We're both comfy and happy now.

It's heavy, bulky and so BIG! yuck
The pillow is way too big and bulky and it feels like a chore to lug around room to room. It's not travel friendly, it takes up a lot of space!
