I just got the front cab of my truck completely fixed in the body shop and repainted. One of the major problems was the driver side door edge. These slipped right on and I used 10 snips to cut them to length and then just press them on with my hand and they've worked perfectly. My door even flew out of my hands and half slammed into a car next to me, and there was no visible damage to my door or the car next to me. Super happy so far.

This item is very easy to cut, take out the metal strip inside, and mount with fingers and a rubber mallet. I've been meaning to add it to my car and it took a few wind gusts throwing my door into a gas pump to get me on it.Installation was quick, went on smoothly and tight, I haven't checked yet about it trapping moisture possibly inside the track but will pull one strip off in a few days and check. I bought 32 feet but it wasn't quite enough to do my 4 doors plus the trunk. I did the doors and two sides of the trunk, was a few inches short across on a 4 door sedan. The black blends right in with my dark blue car - which I like - unless you're right up on it you don't notice it. Another positive is it's not holding mud or dust in the textured surface, was a little worried about it cleaning up, and also holding up going down the road at high speeds. No issues, I think this was a good purchase to protect my door edges from further damage.I would buy again from this seller!

Easy fix door protection

Very good door edge protector,had to order another roll as one was not enough to do all the doors but did not mind that as this is very good,no adhesive tape to worry about just push on and cut with a pair of scissors,no complaints,looks good on the car.
