This would be a great product if it indeed didn't spin round on the handlebar of the scooter. I used the rubbers provided, tightened it up to max, but it still spins and drops one you put a couple of items on it. It could have be a great addition to my scooter.Also the Allen bolts are quite soft . I had to drill one out as the edges became so rounded that the Allen key wouldn't turn the bolt.So, item now useless,. Would appreciate a replacement along with a suggestion as to how to make the item stay in one place permanently.

Don't buy this if you have the Ninebot ES2/ ES4. Its not fit for purpose.
