Falling Hard

I am amazed that this entire series of books has kept me so involved!
Jae is an accomplished story teller. The characters are so believable, the story lines meld well and lead you down the path with them. I am actually sad that I have finished the series. Now I must seek out another series!

I fell hard with them
Before I say anthing about the book itself let me just say that I've been hooked on Jae's writing for weeks. I read half of what she's published so far and every time I finished a story of hers, I put down my phone thinking "Yes, this is it. This is my favorite book from her". Then, buying the next one instantly, I fell in love with the next couple of ladies she introduced to me. Her writing style is captivating and real, it creates a universe where I enjoy losing myself, a safe heaven when real life makes living difficult. This book presented many all-too-real relatinship problems, obsticles and hardships - especially of a single mom trying her best to raise a kid alone -, yet it never lingered on them. It might have been due to the fact that the promise of the happy ending was there in every situation and the strenght of the growing bond between them was evident. Emma is a perfect match for Jordan, not just as a romantic partner, but as someone who challenged the doctor enough to make her interrested and invested in her (for something more than just physical... pun intended). The way we got to witness Jordan getting to know Molly and their interaction were just heartwarming. I was worried that that part of the story wouldn't feel authentic, but I shouldn't have - it was weaved into the story flawlessly, addig a lot of emotional weight to it. As much as I hated Chloe she gave the book a nice contrast and showed how life isn't perfect all the time. Couldn't help but grin every time Hope and/or Laleh were mentioned. It was like seeing friends after a long time and noticing how much they've grown as a couple together was just too cute. All in all, loved it, like all the other books before, and this is my favorite! Right now. But I'm starting another one now so that title will probably soon belong elsewhere !

loved it
I loved this one, cause Jordan ended up finding more than one type of love, and one girl that held her heart. Instead she found to girls to hold her heart. A mother and her daughter. And she became a part of their family. It was such a good book, and I highly recommend it!

Ready made family
Jordan didn’t want a relationship. Emma wanted her own life with her daughter, Molly. Via the Universe’s encouragement ... a loving family was born. It’s apparently not up to us to see the big picture without assistance from outside sources. I especially loved Barbara, the wise older neighbor and of course, Molly ... an energy packed little one whose love was unencumbered by life. Jordan, Emma, and Molly became a beautiful, poignant family with many years of joy ahead of them. A good read. I loved this book and highly recommend it and any others by this author. I’m anxious to read more of her works. Thank you Peace

Another fantastic novel by Jae
I could never give enough praise for Jae's books. As of this novel, I've finally read every single one them. I always enjoy her characters, her well written plots, and the thorough research that she does to make both authentic. You won't want to skip reading this one.

I liked it
I really enjoyed this book. It was really nothing new in terms of story formula: beautiful girl next door looking Emma (32) and daughter Molly (5) move in next door to sexy, hot-shot surgeon player Jordan (34). There is somewhat of an instant attraction but Emma wants forever and Jordan wants no strings. Of course with a 5 yr old in toe, things change and Jordan finds herself wanting more than she usually does. Throw in a selfish ex-wife, a georgeous friend with benifits, and Hope and Laleh from Heart Trouble and you've got supporting characters.I enjoyed this read. The main characters were great and Molly was adorable. It's simple read with little angst and happy moments. When i finished, i honestly thought i hope the next book is about Simone. Her character just stuck out to me...fingers crossed, maybe? Anyway, Jae fans should enjoy this read. You may not love it as much as Heart Trouble cause that was clever fun but it was still a good read

Awesome book
I loved this book. I loved how they met and how Emma knew right away that Jordan was a player. I loved how all the characters interacted and how everything changed for all three of them.

Perfect
This was just what the doctor (should have) ordered. I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and needed some engaging escape. It was totally happily ever after. Jae always creates such lovable characters and her stories make me feel like all is right with the world.
