Injured my knee, had been using open patella style knee braces but my orthopedic doc said they actually put more pressure on the knee. Closed patelle is the way to go. This one's great, make sure to order a size bigger than you think you need. I didn't take into account that the knee was swollen. The first one I bought was too tight, you need to be able to bend it.

The company must have changed its sizing. I used to wear a Lg or Extra Lg. Now I've just ordered a Medium, and it fits great. You might want to purchase the next smaller size unless your legs (thighs) are very muscular. Good product, there may need to be re-assessment of the sizing description. Maybe it's just me, and my not-so-muscular thighs. I bought 4 times after initial purchases, and had to return four (4) size Large braces that were far too large. Had purchased three Large sized ones previously. Now that I've figured out what size to get, I'm a happy camper again. These braces are excellent for stabilizing arthritic knee joints with loose ligaments, while sleeping.

The older model was a must for me to do any kind of running or sports without knee pain. So figured I'd replaced the older style with this new style when the gel finally gave out and give it a go. They don't fit as well as the older style and are thicker. Plus the top seems too big, from the knee down it fits fine but I find myself pulling the thigh part up all the time, loose enough to even roll it over on itself. I'd order a medium next time or try and find someone with the older style.

This is a well made sleeve/brace … my weight is 220lbs I am 5’2 …. But sleeve/brace slid down my leg so it didn’t work for me!!! I tried 5 sleeve/braces … below is the one that worked, I posted the pictures so hopefully it helps save someone time and money.

This is what was needed for my lower knee and shin after my van accident. Took nearly six years to get the feeling back in that area. Just using a sleeve . The Sport Compression Sleeve is what was needed. Spent a lot of money on physical exercise. So using this at night for now is a very good thing. My thought on this is be careful of the age of your cars or vans if you have children. Older cars need more safety issues corrected. The van door on the van crushed my leg. The latch gave way.

Ordered this knee sleeve by using the measurement directions. Received the knee sleeve and it was to big. It was not returnable. Should have been able to send back for refund because I measured it the way they told me and again it was to big. Mueller Sports should be ashamed of the lack of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone, and will never buy from them again. They get 1 star because that is the lowest.

Soft , good support , good compression , easy ti put on and take of

Was good for a few months of use, however after this the material stretched and the knee guard constantly slid down and became unusable. I'd recommend for short term use only.
