Works perfectly and easy to use!
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do: Clean your Keurig machine. You get three uses from one bottle (yes, it's frustrating they don't have a measurement on the bottle, marking the thirds). Put it in the regular Keurig water reservoir and start the Keurig going. Cup after cup after cup. Once low enough it won't run more water, take the reservoir off and rinse it. Then fill it up and run water through again, cup after cup after cup. You'll fill the reservoir up three times with fresh water, per the instructions, to rinse out all of this product. It's simple enough, but time consuming. Afterwards, your Keurig should be good as new. Personally, I like the Urnex K-Cup Cleaning Cups, too. They clean the needles, specifically, and you can see all sorts of soapy residue come through. One note: Keurig, themselves, states, in their instructions, to run a cycle without a K-Cup, just water, after each and every use. This helps keep the machine clean. Doing so will allow you to go longer without using products like this.

Works really well!
I bought this product because I felt that after owning my Keurig for more than a year, I should probably clean it. I was not having any issues with the machine but I just wanted to maintain it so it would last longer. The great thing about this product is that it is for multiple uses so I only used one third of the bottle. It was easy to use (following the directions on the label) but you do have to invest the time to do it right because it requires you to flush out the Keurig afterwards a bunch of times. It is worth the time, because I noticed that after using the cleaner the water came out faster. I also began brewing a few hours later and the coffee and tea tasted just as great as before. There was no chemical taste or smell at all. I would purchase this item again when I run out.

Does the job
Seems to do the job as expected. No complaints except as another reviewer stated, I wish there were markings on the bottle to show how much to use.

Miracle!
I thought my Keurig was dead. Even when I first filled the reservoir with this solution, my Keurig was already full of water, so it wasn’t pulling any water into the machine. I kept trying to brew, allowing it to just drip a few drops each time until it finally starting pulling water from the reservoir. It took a few times after that, then it started flowing again. Now my Keurig is good as new. Will definitely get this again to maintain my machine and do this more often. Highly recommend over vinegar. I’ve done vinegar before and that taste wouldn’t go away.

Meh.
This was a great cleaner, but the process takes a long time. It is possible I may have used too much during my first cleaning, but I still felt like I tasted some chemicals in the water after running the water through the system several times (more than directed on bottle). I ran a few more cycles of clean water through again just to make sure I got it all out. I'll probably just stick to a vinegar descaling next time.

Works & cheaper than the Keurig brand descaler
Really happy with this purchase. My lightly-used Keurig started acting up for the 2nd time since I've owned it and the vinegar trick (as well as other helpful tips & tricks I looked up online) just weren't working as well this time around. As a last resort I figured I'd buy the Keurig descaler/cleaner but decided after reading the reviews for this product I would save a little money and give this a try instead. Worked wonderfully! Since I had already tried several times to use other methods to clean it out, I used nearly half a bottle vs the 1/3 the bottle directions suggests and I ran it through several more times as well. It did work! Unlike other reviewers I did notice a very slight smell to the solution and thought I still smelled it a bit after running just water through the machine, so I did run just water through double the suggested amount. I also changed out the water filter even though it wasnt due for a new one yet, just to be safe. Definitely less of a smell/taste/hassle than vinegar though. I would highly suggest this product to those who have gotten the dreaded "descale" message on their Keurigs, or to anyone who owns a different type of coffee machine.

K-Cup Descaler Cleaned Review
I have not used this yet; just recently used a previous bottle of the same. I know it works well because I bought the same brand, and my coffee tastes better.

Works just as advertised!
My Keurig had totally stopped working and the "Descale" light had come on. Having lost the instructions two years ago when I bought the machine, I had no idea what this meant. A quick online search told me what I needed to do, but the product offered by Keurig was twice as expensive as this one. I decided to give this a try, and it was perfect.. I had to spend a few hours running water through it to remove the taste, and the first cup of coffee I brewed after following the recommended number of water chamber run-throughs still had a chemical taste to it. One more run-through, though, and it's been brewing perfectly ever since. I bought a bottle for home, for my office and for my husband's office. This is good stuff!
