i use it for regular high wall splits - it has about an 8 foot drain funnel on it and slides in behind the wall mount -looking at a cassette AC unit, i don't think it would fit.

I use 125 psi and for you fan you will use bleach and when use pressure washer use with angle from right to left an then left to right.

Can be used for units 30"-44" wide. 5 ton may be too wide.
