This is by far the worst tasting "food" I have ever let touch my lips. I don't care how good it is for your digestive system, I would rather lick a tree for the rest of my life than drink a sip of this again.

These little juices are a very tasty way to get your probiotics with a few extra vitamins. I don't care for yogurt much, and these are a great alternative.
