I love this product I will say that it's a little spicy but that's me. I don't have a very high tolerance to spicy things. However I have no problem drinking it and makes me feel much better when I take it would recommend

These ginger shots are strong and flavorful. Be prepared to drink water or add some juice if needed. We are not sure if we noticed any health changes yet, but it is a good idea and we will definitely purchase them again. Its a great way to get fresh ginger and herbs into your system while you are on the go.

Okay hear me out. Its very potent, and spicy in my opinion. You generally get every flavor. Personally it had so much kick i was a little queasy but after that resolved my scratchy throat was gone and even some congestion. I loved the results but wasnt a fan of the flavor.

These, and there similar varieties have become a staple of my diet. Ginger and turmeric are good anti inflammatory ingredients that are natural. The taste may not be great, but I just drink it fast and chase with something else. I'll drink them during or after a workout, and on off days at random times.

I try to have these a few times a week. When you drink them, it's a strong taste but you know after you've downed it, you are better for it. I love them, along with a few of their other flavors too...Ginger is strong, but so good.

I was researching tumeric and the advantages of taking this, it helps with arthritis, headaches, diabetes, cholesterol, depression and immunity. The pepper helps give it that extra. Also I have gotten tumeric shots from juice joints and this is two dollars less, a little strong in the taste, but I noticed it has helped me.
