This pasta is quite tasty, and easy to make. Also I find it easier on my stomach as I have some digestive issues.

This is by far the Best tasting organic, gluten free pasta on the market. It’s very hard to find a gluten free pasta that’s also organic, but here it is in an amazingly delicious noodle. Plus, the price per unit on Amazon blows away the supermarket prices.

We have been using this brand of products for 2 - 3 months. In the past 2 years, we used several different gluten-free pasta brands and this is the best for making Mac-And-Cheese for texture and taste. We made it with vegan cheese and regular cheese and both are delicious. We also used this product with tomato sauce for baked pasta and the results were excellent. For best texture, we cooked this product about 2 - 3 minutes less than the recommended time. Add the sauce and finish cooking it in the oven for a perfect meal... Yum
