Purchased this product, liked it and purchased again, straight from my purchase history.The new bottle was very different than the first. It has new packaging which was indicated on the product page at time of purchase, and a new formula. The new bottle is a totally different shampoo. Absolutly everything is different; color, texture, viscosity, smell, lather, rinsability, and even the way your hair feels as the day goes on. It's a different product all together. I understand things change and I'm not opposed to that. I still like the new shampoo, but am unsure if I will purchase again as it was just an odd experience that almost feels like a bait snd switch. The previous product seemed to be a little higher quality. The new one is more reminicent of a 2.5 star hotel shampoo. If you really loved the old one, you may not like the new one. Better check your local store for stock of the old style. Still, I give it a 4 out of 5. It's shampoo, it smells OK, it gets my hair clean. The old formula would have been a 5.

This may help to make hair healthier, but it makes my hair feel greasy and heavy. I have thin hair, so this shampoo weighs my hair down and makes it look stringy and oily. Maybe this works better on thick hair and for those with a dry scalp that needs moisture. I don't recommend this for thin, oily hair.

So happy I found this shampoo. It's perfect for everything. Hair texture, strength, color and long lasting. I wouldn't buy anything else. I have lots of fine hair. I use permanent dye.
