Great Product but the size options are for Men's Shoes Sizes and Not for Women.
These are really the best insoles I've every tried because they are super comfortable and I had a previous pair BUT, be aware that the sizing options on this product page are for MEN's sizes, not WOMEN's. If you wear a 8.5 size Women's Shoe, that would roughly be a 7 in Men's and the best options to choose would be 5 B(M). Each of the three size options comes in a range: 5 B(M) is Men's sizes 5-7, 9 B(M) is Men's sizes 8-10, and 11 B(M) is Men's sizes 11-13. I gave the product 4 stars due to incorrect product labeling on Amazon's site (I have since reported it).

Womens : Small (101) 5-10, Medium (102) 11-12Mens: Medium (102) 8.5-12, Large (103) 12.5-15..(from the description)If you are a mens 11.5 and ordered a M-Meduim you will get a insole for a size mens size 10 or smaller. Insole looks like a quality product just mislabeled with women sizes..

These footbeds cured my plantar fasciitis
Very supportive,and I have been purchasing these for four years now. I get over a year from each. Very comfortable. When using, I remove the insoles that come w shoes and put these in. One might need a wider width shoe to make the fit less tight, since these add height to your foot in the shoe. Not usually a problem if the originals come out. Expect that with any brand u buy
